This place is conveniently located near pubs and cafes, which was exactly what we were looking for.

location: the hotel was near to ham hill, barrington court, ham hill, montacute house and the beautiful east lambrook gardens and the pleasant garden. i booked a deluxe queen room with a mini fridge and a tv set. the experience was lovely and i would definitely go again.

We got the same double room as booked online with a Smart TV. We enjoyed the wake-up service available at the hotel. the hotel's location was stunning, really close to Barrington Court, Ham Hill, Montacute House and the beautiful East Lambrook Gardens. the pleasant garden and HOLM restaurant added to our delightful experience.

The room I booked had a super comfy bed, an ironing board, multi-channel TV, and a lounge; plus, I enjoyed the lovely garden view from the window.

The rooms here are very spacious, with fantastic bathrooms and amenities like a mini-fridge and TV.

Our room came with a cute mini-fridge and a TV 📺. the vibe was really peaceful and calm.

The location is stunning and ideal, in the middle of the city. It's also near to Barrington Court, Ham Hill, Montacute House, East Lambrook Gardens, and Ham Hill. Thank you for a really comfortable stay.

The bed was comfortable and perfect for my partner's bad back. The ensuite shower was fantastic with great temperature and pressure. The private living room and Smart TV were a bonus, although we mostly enjoyed watching TV in the bedroom. Elaine, the host, was friendly and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant holiday. The breakfast room had a microwave and fridge, and Elaine laid out a lovely Continental breakfast for us each morning. The beautiful garden was a nice spot to relax. Plenty of parking available on the property. We hope to return in the future.

Good location, just a short 5-minute walk to the downtown area. I stayed here for two nights during my trip and had a great time. the spot was awesome, being so close to town was a major plus! 🌟.

Comfy room with a shower, hairdryer, and bath sheets. Marvellous, peaceful location in the middle of the city.

Well-Equipped and Comfortable Room 🏨 the room we stayed in was really nice, it had everything we needed from a microwave oven, a Smart TV, to a cozy bedroom. the microwave oven, electric kettle, and refrigerators were super convenient to have around.

Comfortable bed, spacious ensuite, adjustable shower, private living room.

Can't fault anything about it.

We would definitely book again at this place if we had more time on our hands.
